SixTONES’ Taiga Kyomoto will hold a Photo Exhibition, which is called 視点と始点 (Shiten to Shiten / Viewpoint and starting point). It’s the first Exhibition as an artist after he graduated from his apprenticeship.
The first photobook called “Retrace,”, which was released early this month and where you can find the details here, captured Taiga‘s multifaceted charm from a different perspective. The Photo Exhibition will focus on Taiga‘s viewpoints and feelings that were captured in the various locations of the shoot of the photobook.
Taking advantage of the announcement of the exhibition, Taiga announced the renaming of his Instagram’s account, where he uploads self-made photographs. Previously it was called “minarai_artist” (Apprentice Artist). However, as he has graduated from being an apprentice, he has changed the name to “kyomoto_art_put”.
Taiga has used this year to improve as a photographer, while learning and being an apprentice.
No doubt 2025 will be a year where Taiga will give his all as a photographer.
