The annual Biggest Cosplay and Gaming Festival in the North of Europe – NärCon is currently hosting its winter edition in Sweden, Linköping, February 22nd-24th, and fellow Japanese Entertainment and Culture site and association, Swedish-Japanese Performers Association (SJPA), is on-site to promote the love!
NärCon is a unique event. It’s an alcohol and drug-free festival where you make new friends, cosplay and play games together. There are many scheduled activities, from talks and shows to games and tournaments, but it’s the social atmosphere that NärCon is really about; it’s a meeting place for everyone with nerdy hobbies.

The collaboration between both groups and SJPA is a significant indicator of the growing partnership and shared endeavors aimed at enhancing their respective initiatives. Three months ago marked the first shared event of their efforts, which culminated in a successful online cheki-signing session. This event not only solidified their relationship with SJPA but also laid the foundation for future collaborative ventures, underscoring the potential for long-term mutual benefit.
In the context of promoting the girls and the group Human Spiral, the dedicated corner on-site serves as a platform to showcase their talents and create awareness about their presence. Despite the enthusiasm and anticipation for their participation, the unfortunate constraint of scheduling issues has hindered Human Spiral from taking part in the event. However, the support and promotion provided through the dedicated corner can still serve as an avenue to highlight their achievements and create visibility for their artistry.
The exclusive greeting videos from each group capture the genuine excitement of the girls as they express their enthusiasm for meeting their Swedish and European fans once again, along with the anticipation of connecting with a new audience.
