It has recently been announced that NEWS live recordings will be available on multiple music distribution services starting July 4th. There will be nine lives available to listen to, from “NEWS LIVE TOUR 2017 NEVERLAND” to the Tokyo Dome 20th Anniversary performance in 2023 “NEWS 20th Anniversary LIVE 2023 in TOKYO DOME BEST HIT PARADE ～シングル全部やっちゃいます～“.
Their previous concerts are currently being distributed sequentially on Prime Video, and their live performances are gaining attention for their unique productions. From July 4 to August 29, two live recordings will also be distributed every other Friday, prior to the concert release on the aforementioned platform, starting with “NEWS LIVE TOUR 2017 NEVERLAND”.
You can enjoy the audio of the nine live performances, the conceptual musical expression of NEWS, such as the four-part project divided into four parts [N・E・W・S], which gave birth to a great story around the 2017 album and its consecutive works in the following years. “NEWS LIVE TOUR 2022 音楽” , created on the musical foundation of a live band and the performance at Tokyo Dome, where they celebrated their 20th anniversary with a medley of all their singles, keeping the excitement and cheers of the venue intact.
In addition, to commemorate the distribution, a listening party of all nine recordings will be held every Tuesday from 19:00h, starting July 8 on the Stationhead app, ahead of the release of their 15th and latest album “Metamorphosis/変身” to be released on August 6 and the nationwide live tour “NEWS LIVE TOUR 2025 変身“.
On the eve of 22nd anniversary, you will be able to experience the trajectory of their “live” performances. The true essence of a group that is releasing even more entertainment to the world, with a live recording full of indescribable sensations.
