The products they currently sell will continue to be available at the “FAMILY CLUB. STORE.”

Regarding Entry to “FAMILY CLUB Store”
Starting from the opening on Monday, July 29th, reservations are not required for entry to “FAMILY CLUB. STORE.” Based on the situation inside the store, the following measures will be implemented:
Entry Regulations:
If waiting times at checkout exceed approximately one hour or if we determine that safety cannot be maintained inside the store, entry regulations will be enforced.
If you arrive during a period of entry regulations, we kindly ask you to return at a later time.
Information regarding the implementation of entry regulations and the current crowd status will be publicly available as “Current Store Conditions” starting from July 29th. Please check the store page and visit after confirming.
Priority Entry:
Even during times of entry regulations, priority entry tickets are available that allow entry regardless of the current store conditions.
You can apply for your desired visit date and time on the store page. If you have specific preferences such as “I really want to shop on this day!” or “I want to visit the store during my trip!“, please apply for a priority entry ticket and visit accordingly.
Using Priority Entry Tickets:
- If entry regulations are not in effect: Simply enter without presenting the ticket and enjoy your shopping.
- If entry regulations are in effect: Please inform the entrance staff that you have a priority entry ticket and present the two-dimensional code of the ticket displayed on the <TICKET> menu of the store page. After the staff confirms your ticket, you may proceed with entry.
