The popular P-pop group SB19 released their collaboration song with Kento Nakajima, “GENTO (with Kento Nakajima),” on October 30. Footage of their live performance at SUMMER SONIC 2026 has also been uploaded to YouTube.
SB19 have sold out solo concerts across Asia, North America, and other parts of the world. In April 2026, they successfully held their large-scale show Wakas at Simula: The Trilogy Concert Finale.
Meanwhile, Kento Nakajima is one of several artists of Filipino descent making waves in the J-pop industry. Also known as ‘Kenty,’ he is a known singer, actor, and television sensation in Japan.
SB19‘s “GENTO (with Kento Nakajima)” was first performed by both artists on August 15 at the Tokyo edition of the above-mentioned SUMMER SONIC 2026 event, sending the crowd into a frenzy.
The collaboration features ‘Kenty‘ on SB19‘s signature track “GENTO,” which boasts the highest streaming numbers of any SB19 song in Japan. The partnership generated a great response, being hailed as a historic moment in which the music scenes of the Philippines and Japan came together.

It also claimed the #1 spot on Genius‘ Global Top Songs chart across all genres—a milestone that no P-pop group had achieved before.
