ARASHI’s 25th Anniversary: Special Site, Blu-rays Releases, … and more!

To celebrate ARASHI’s 25th debut anniversary on November 3rd, a number of exciting announcements have been made by Storm Labels! 

It has been close to 4 years since ARASHI has gone on hiatus since December 31, 2020 and fans across Japan and the world have been missing the popular 5-member group ever since.

Some of that loneliness was eased when the ARASHI Anniversary Tour 5×20 FILM “Record of Memories” was announced and screened across Japan and various countries across the world between 2021 and 2022.

And now with their 25th debut anniversary coming up, fans will be able to continue to celebrate with the group with the following exciting announcements!

🎵25th Anniversary Special Site “MY BEST ARASHI” is now OPEN! 🎵

A special 25th anniversary website called “MY BEST ARASHI” has launched! Fans will be able to choose from ARASHI’s discography of 423 songs and create their own BEST 5 songs based on any original theme of your choice. ✨

Fans can freely share their picks and enjoy ARASHI’s music together!

🎵12 of ARASHI’s Live DVDs to be released on Blu-ray on Sunday, November 3rd!🎵

Our prayers for Blu-rays of older concerts have finally been answered! 

The following 12 titles will be available on Blu-ray beginning Sunday, November 3rd:

• “ARASHI 10-11 TOUR “Scene” ~Kimi to Boku no Miteiru Fukei~ DOME+”
• “ARASHI LIVE TOUR Beautiful World”
• “ARAFES NATIONAL STADIUM 2012”
• “ARASHI LIVE TOUR Popcorn”

Fans will be able to enjoy many iconic performances and moments in Blu-ray definition, such as fan favourite, “Love Situation”, from “ARASHI SUMMER TOUR 2007 FINAL Time -Kotoba no Chikara-”. 

Personally, I am looking forward to many of the older lives and member solo performances, such as Sho-kun’s solo “Unti Unti” from the “2004 ARASHI! Iza, Now Tour!!” and “ARASHI AROUND ASIA Thailand-Taiwan-Korea” tours, and Jun-kun’s heartfelt solo “La Familia” also from the “2004 ARASHI! Iza, Now Tour!!”.

🎵ARASHI FILM CONCERT TOUR 2024-2025🎵

And the celebrations do not end!! To further commemorate ARASHI’s 25th anniversary and the release of the LIVE DVDs on Blu-ray, a special live video screening event for ARASHI fan club members, titled “ARASHI FILM CONCERT TOUR 2024-2025” will be held! 

Beginning with the screening of their 10th anniversary live, “ARASHI Anniversary Tour 5×10”, on November 3rd, to late March 2025, the event will take place across 22 theaters in Japan, including United Cinemas, with a total of 225 screenings. More details to come at a later date.

Similar to ARASHI Anniversary Tour 5×20 “Record of Memories”, fans will be able to enjoy these newly remastered lives on the big screen. As a fan, it would be great if singing and cheering will be permitted so that the full live atmosphere can be experienced. 

🎵ARASHI to Release All Music Videos on YouTube on Sunday, November, 3rd!🎵

ARASHI will also be releasing all of their music videos on their official YouTube channel, in addition to the 12 that are currently already available. 🌟

Fans will now be able to share their favourite music videos with friends and family, and also provide an opportunity for others to discover them! 💕

🎵“5×20 All the BEST!! 1999-2019” to be Released on Dolby AtmosⓇ on Sunday, November 3rd!🎵

ARASHI’s 20th anniversary best of album “5×20 All the BEST!! 1999-2019” (Special Edition), that is currently available on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, etc., will be released in Dolby AtmosⓇ format, allowing listeners to also enjoy ARASHI’s music in HD! It may be time to get a surround sound system😉

🎵“Kimi no Uta” Picture Book to be Released on Sunday, November 3rd!🎵

ARASHI’s 56th single, “Kimi no Uta”, continues to resonate with many with its message of “universal love”.

A heartwarming picture book of 36 pages inspired by this song, illustrated with beautiful watercolour art, will be released exclusively to ARASHI fan club members on November 3rd, with special bonuses. 

It will also be available at major CD stores and online retailers at a later date, to be determined.

It feels comforting that fans will be able to celebrate ARASHI’s 25th anniversary with each other and with each member of the group. Even though they are still on hiatus, it feels like the 5 of them are still there with everyone and celebrating with one another. 

I’m especially looking forward to reliving exciting moments in HD from the Blu-ray releases of the 12 Live DVDs, as well as the “Kimi no Uta” picture book!
