WEST. Coming To Streaming October 1: Now, let it resound throughout the world

September 24, 2025, marks a turning point for both fans and the group itself. WEST.’s music will soon be available across subscription streaming services, a long-awaited step that connects the Kansai-born group’s decade-long journey to the global stage.

For years, fans have carried WEST.’s energy with them in live venues, CDs, and television appearances. Their music has always been more than catchy hooks and dynamic performances—it’s been a lifeline of Kansai warmth, humor, and sincerity. Now, with streaming finally unlocked, here come the seven samurai, and their sound isn’t bound by physical distance or availability. Whether you’re in Osaka, Stockholm, or São Paulo, you can press play and share in the same heartbeat.

Formed in 2014 with their lively debut single “Eejyanaika”, the 7-member group WEST. marks their 11th anniversary with a new milestone: on October 1, their tracks will finally arrive on streaming services, setting the stage for a packed day of celebrations and events.

On October 1, as the first wave, all singles released to date (24 titles, 135 tracks) and all albums (12 titles, 225 tracks) – a total of 360 songs – will be available for streaming and download.

Then, on October 12—the opening day of WEST.’s very first self-produced festival “WESSION FESTIVAL 2025” (to be held at Osaka Expo ’70 Commemorative Park)—the second wave will begin, featuring 6 titles / 53 tracks of live audio recordings that capture the unique heat and excitement of their concerts and festival performances. Above all else, these aren’t just recordings—they’re the spirit of Naniwa, a glimpse into the magical world of a WEST. concert. Raw, authentic, and unfiltered, they stand apart from polished studio tracks, showcasing the group’s vocal prowess and musicality while preserving the atmosphere fans know and love.

Their discography spans everything from their Kansai-flavored debut song “Eejyanaika” to the heartfelt message song “Shoko”, and “Anjo Yarina” – which ranked No.1 in their 10th anniversary fan song poll. They have also received songs from renowned musicians including Aimyon, Takashi Yamaguchi (Sambomaster), Ryota Yanagisawa (SUPER BEAVER), and Tortoise Matsumoto (Ulfuls). From comedic and upbeat songs to powerful dance tracks, sensual numbers, and even uplifting anthems, a wide variety of genres will be unlocked all at once.

The vast majority of their music videos and performance videos now come with English subtitles too—making it easier than ever for international listeners to follow along and feel connected. These subtitles are thanks to the combined efforts of Dumpling Box and many other dedicated fans, and this accessibility has grown significantly, allowing new audiences to immerse themselves in WEST.’s world with ease.
