This time, Ae! group puts their dignity—and artistic credibility—on the line in a brutally honest Illustration Derby to determine who among them is the “true artist”… and who should probably never be handed a pen again.

The rules are simple and immediately disastrous: one member chooses a theme, the other three draw it under time pressure, and the answerer must guess the subject based on increasingly questionable artwork. Points are multiplied by “artistic odds,” meaning the worse the drawing, the higher the risk—and the greater the reward. Naturally, this turns Sano and Suezawa into walking liabilities, Kojima into an overqualified menace, and Masakado into a man constantly regretting his choices.

It’s loud, mean, affectionate, and peak Ae! group—where friendship means trusting your teammates… even when their drawing looks like it crawled out of a nightmare.
