Travis Japan’s 4th Album, “Jewelry Basket,” to Be Released November 18

Singing, dancing, putting on a show, and entertaining people—Travis Japan‘s new album, “Jewelry Basket,” takes the roots of what the group has valued as idols and elevates them into a form of entertainment uniquely suited to the seven members. From sparkling melodies characteristic of classic idols, to tracks that allow listeners to fully enjoy the unit’s dancing and performances, each song from the collection is packed with its own distinct appeal.

On August 28, a week-long mystery-solving project titled “#FindTJP” was launched, inviting fans to predict the album title as well as the identity of the “Producer” among the members. The gemstones in the members’ respective colors, added to the basket one by one each day, represented the title Jewelry Basket once all seven had been collected. There was also a secret hidden in the messages posted by the members at the same time. By following hints concealed within the images and picking out the corresponding letters, the word “SHIZUYA” gradually emerged over the course of the seven days.

The concept for this project, along with the theme of “classic idol entertainment,” was proposed by member Shizuya Yoshizawa, who envisioned an album in which the individual personalities and charms of each of the members are represented as ‘jewels’ gathered together in a single ‘basket.’

Releasing on Wednesday, November 18, “Jewelry Basket” is set to be a work that delivers exciting entertainment and a sense of happiness through both listening and watching. Among the diverse tracks included on all editions will be the single “Kage ni mo Hinata ni mo,” released in April.

The album will be available in four editions: the First-Press T Edition, First-Press J Edition, Regular Edition, and FC Limited Edition. The Regular Edition will include a bonus track, while the FC Limited Edition will come with a bonus CD featuring unit songs. The First-Press T Edition, First-Press J Edition, and FC Limited Edition will each include different bonus video content and a photo book.

Featuring predominantly white outfits adorned with sparkling decorations, the official visual unveiled alongside the album title has a glamorous finish befitting the opening of the “Jewelry Basket” era.

The design of the original bracelet included with the FC Limited Edition has also been revealed. This exclusive item is designed to allow fans to enjoy the world of the album even more, making it a special feature unique to the FC Limited Edition.

Further details regarding the tracklists and each edition will be announced gradually in the future.
