Kento Nakajima Announces First Asia Tour — “IDOL1ST KENTY” ASIA TOUR 2026

This summer, Kento Nakajima takes a decisive step onto a broader stage.

His first-ever Asia tour, “IDOL1ST KENTY” ASIA TOUR 2026, has officially been announced—spanning Taipei, Bangkok, and Seoul across six performances. Revealed during the Fukuoka stop of his ongoing national tour, the announcement signals not just expansion, but intent.

When Kento first stood on stage in Taipei in September 2025, it wasn’t just his first overseas solo concert—it was a moment where distance, language, and expectation all collapsed into something immediate.

But beyond the spectacle that is Kento on stage, what lingered was something else.

A deliberate effort to meet the audience where they were—one that continues with this Asia tour, as Kento reaches further beyond Japan’s borders. It was never about how far he could go geographically. If anything, his trajectory has always pointed somewhere larger—beyond the idea of “the world,” toward something closer to a universe defined by connection, voice, and shared moments.

This stage, these moments—they exists because of them.

By the end of the night, what began as a first step had already transformed into something bigger. A promise lingered in the air—not just of coming back, but of going further.

At the center of this expansion is his second full album, IDOL1ST—a project that continues to define this era of Kento’s artistry.

Among its tracks, 最初はキュン! has gained quite the traction, particularly across TikTok, where its immediacy and charm have found a wide audience. If you haven’t tried it yet, now is the perfect time! The music video captures that same energy.

If Taipei was proof of concept, this Asia tour is its continuation.

In his own words:

My first Asia tour has been decided.
I’m truly grateful to everyone who has supported me and made it possible to hold a tour of this scale.

As a Japanese idol, I will pour love and soul into a single microphone.
I’m going to personally deliver my music to U:nity, who have always supported me from afar.

This will be a year of big challenges.
I’ll give everything I have to the world.

There’s something quietly powerful in that image—not a massive production, not even the scale of an Asia tour—but a single microphone.

Kento doesn’t need distance to feel large. He closes it instead—through language, through presence, through an almost stubborn insistence on connection.

Now, as he returns to Taipei and steps into Bangkok and Seoul, that same approach travels with him. Not as a reinvention, but as proof that what began in one room, with 2,200 voices and a shared moment, can reach much further.
