KAMIGATA BOYZ to Light Up the World with Their New Digital Single “Sekai wo Akaruku Terashimashou,” Releasing September 18!

In exciting news for fans, KAMIGATA BOYZ is back and ready to brighten up your day! On September 14, it was announced that the Kansai-based dream unit will release their brand-new digital single “Sekai wo Akaruku Terashimashou“(世界を明るく照らしましょう; “Let’s light up the world!“) on September 18. The highly anticipated track is sure to spread smiles and joy all around.

KAMIGATA BOYZ, formed just this past May, is a powerhouse collaboration of three iconic groups: SUPER EIGHT, WEST., Naniwa Danshi, and the 2024-debuted Ae! group. Their first single, “Musekinin de Eejanaika LOVE“, took the world by storm with its energetic Kansai flair, and now they’re turning up the heat even more! This time, Ae! group joins the front lines, making their latest project bigger and brighter than ever.

The buzz started at midnight on September 14 when KAMIGATA BOYZ dropped an electrifying teaser titled “KAMIGATA BOYZ” IS BACK [Official Teaser]. The video ended with the date “Sept 18, 2024,” sending fans into a frenzy of excitement.

And as if the excitement wasn’t already at its peak, the group will be performing at the KAMIGATA BOYZ DREAM ISLAND 2024 ~Yappa Kono Machi Sukkya Nyan~ event at Osaka’s Yanmar Stadium Nagai on September 21–22. Which will be livestreamed, so don’t miss that out!

But before the big event, they’ll be releasing their feel-good single, “Sekai wo Akaruku Terashimashou,” a boundlessly cheerful, smile-inducing anthem that’s all about spreading positivity in the Reiwa era.
